Neuro Empowering provides mobile, at-home neurological rehabilitation for individuals living with neurological conditions in the Greater Cincinnati and Dayton, Ohio area.
Using the PRIMME approach — Progressive, Repetitive and Rhythmic, Intentional, Mindful Movement Exercises — combined with advanced rehab technologies including Motus Nova rehab robotics, an interactive metronome immersive reality and our shockwave pain therapy, our programs are designed to help you rebuild movement, restore independence, and take back control of your daily life.

Using VR, you practice real‑life movements in a safe, motivating environment that supports your brain’s natural ability to relearn and strengthen skills.
Interactive Metronome
Interactive Metronome is a brain‑training program that uses rhythmic timing exercises to help your brain work faster, smoother, and more efficiently. By practicing simple movements to a steady beat, you strengthen the brain networks that control focus, balance, coordination, and everyday thinking skills.
LudoFit
LudoFit is an interactive digital therapy program that uses game‑based exercises to strengthen the brain and body at the same time. Each activity is designed to improve attention, coordination, balance, reaction time, and overall cognitive‑motor performance in a fun, motivating way. Use LudoFit daily for a month for only $65/month.
Motion Guidance
Motion Guidance is a visual‑feedback training system that uses a small laser pointer attached to your body to help you see how you move in real time. As you perform exercises, the laser projects a dot onto a target, allowing you to instantly correct posture, alignment, and movement patterns
Motus Nova
We offer a free in‑home consultation and trial of the Motus Hand and Motus Foot—smart robotic devices, covered by insurance, designed to help you regain movement of the arm and leg and independence after a stroke, MS, brain injury, or spinal cord injury. During your visit, you’ll be able to try the device in the comfort of your home. We’ll guide you through the exercises, explain how the technology works, and help you see whether it’s the right fit for your recovery goals.
Shockwave Pain Treatment Program
Shockwave Therapy is a non‑invasive treatment that uses gentle acoustic waves to stimulate healing in injured or painful tissues. It helps increase blood flow, reduce inflammation, and activate the body’s natural repair process—often providing relief when other treatments haven’t worked.
