Neuro Empowering provides mobile, at-home neurological rehabilitation for individuals living with neurological conditions in the Greater Cincinnati and Dayton, Ohio area.
Using the PRIMME approach — Progressive, Repetitive and Rhythmic, Intentional, Mindful Movement Exercises — combined with advanced rehab technologies including Interactive metronome and our LudoFit subscriptions, our programs are designed to help you rebuild movement, restore independence, and take back control of your daily life.

Interactive Metronome is a brain‑training program that uses rhythmic timing exercises to help your brain work faster, smoother, and more efficiently. By practicing simple movements to a steady beat, you strengthen the brain networks that control focus, balance, coordination, and everyday thinking skills.
LudoFit
LudoFit is an interactive digital therapy program that uses game‑based exercises to strengthen the brain and body at the same time. Each activity is designed to improve attention, coordination, balance, reaction time, and overall cognitive‑motor performance in a fun, motivating way. Use LudoFit daily for a month for only $65/month.
Motus Nova
We offer a free in‑home consultation and trial of the Motus Hand and Motus Foot—smart robotic devices, covered by insurance, designed to help you regain movement of the arm and leg and independence after a stroke, MS, brain injury, or spinal cord injury. During your visit, you’ll be able to try the device in the comfort of your home.

Monthly access for $99.99, after a one-time payment of $449 for the equipment, to our Interactive Metronome program pre-set to your individual needs, current level of function and goals after your first initial session. You will be able to to complete your neuro timing rehabilitation program daily in the comfort of you own home, with direct access to your therapist via text, calls and asynchronous video messaging.
LudoFit
Monthly access for $65 to our LudoFit program, a gamified motion tracking program targeting mind and body, each activity is designed to improve attention, coordination, balance, reaction time, and overall cognitive‑motor performance. You can complete it within the comfort of your own home daily, with direct access to your therapist via text, calls, and asynchronous video messaging.
