We Contact Your Doctor

Our team will then reach out to your doctor on your behalf via fax and phone call to request a signed prescription order and most recent progress/medical note to be faxed back to us. Our team will also reach out to you via email/text or phone calls as needed if some information is missing, if they are unable to reach your doctor or if they still have not received the signed prescription from your doctor.

We Proceed With The Insurance Claim And Your Recovery Begins

Our team then proceeds with the insurance claim and waits for the approval, then ships your Motus Hand or Motus Foot to your address. Once shipped, you will be paired with a recovery coach who is there as your remote cheerleader, tech support and personal trainer. Your recovery coach will perform a first assessment to have a baseline and set some goals for you, while also setting the proper parameters for you and your treatment plan. Your recovery coach check on you every 2 weeks to assess your progress and adjust your treatment plan as needed.
